What is an Event Photo Wall?

An event photo wall is a shared gallery that fills up with photos and videos taken by your guests. Instead of chasing everyone for their pictures after the day, you print one QR code — on invites, table cards or a venue poster — and guests scan it to upload on the spot. Everything lands in one place you control.

qrli's version needs no app and no sign-in. Guests scan, the event page opens in the browser, and they tap to add photos or short videos. On a screen at the venue, the Live Wall shows the photos rolling in, with a QR code on screen so new guests can join instantly.

How to Create an Event Photo Wall QR Code

  1. Create a qrli account and upgrade to Pro ($30 once), then open the Event Hubs section.
  2. Pick a theme (wedding, birthday, party, baby shower, corporate) and add your title, date and a cover photo.
  3. Turn on guest photo uploads and the guestbook, and add any tiles you want — RSVP, registry, playlist.
  4. Publish to get your QR code and shareable link automatically.
  5. Print the QR on invites, table cards or a poster, and open the Live Wall on a screen at the venue.
  6. After the event, download every photo and video in full size from your dashboard.
