What is an Event Photo Wall?
An event photo wall is a shared gallery that fills up with photos and videos taken by your guests. Instead of chasing everyone for their pictures after the day, you print one QR code — on invites, table cards or a venue poster — and guests scan it to upload on the spot. Everything lands in one place you control.
qrli's version needs no app and no sign-in. Guests scan, the event page opens in the browser, and they tap to add photos or short videos. On a screen at the venue, the Live Wall shows the photos rolling in, with a QR code on screen so new guests can join instantly.
How to Create an Event Photo Wall QR Code
- Create a qrli account and upgrade to Pro ($30 once), then open the Event Hubs section.
- Pick a theme (wedding, birthday, party, baby shower, corporate) and add your title, date and a cover photo.
- Turn on guest photo uploads and the guestbook, and add any tiles you want — RSVP, registry, playlist.
- Publish to get your QR code and shareable link automatically.
- Print the QR on invites, table cards or a poster, and open the Live Wall on a screen at the venue.
- After the event, download every photo and video in full size from your dashboard.

What is an event photo wall QR code?
A QR code that opens a shared event page. Guests scan it and upload photos and videos that appear on a live photo wall — no app and no sign-in required.
Do guests need an app to add photos?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera, the page opens in the browser, and they tap to upload from their camera roll. Nothing to download.
Can I show the photos live on a screen?
Yes — every event hub has a fullscreen Live Wall with a QR on screen. Put it on a TV or projector and photos appear as guests add them.
Can I download the photos afterwards?
Yes. The host downloads every photo and video in full size from the dashboard. Guests can view but not download.
How long are the photos kept?
Uploaded photos and videos are available for 14 days, so download anything you want to keep from your dashboard before then.
How much does it cost?
Event hubs are part of Qrli Pro — a one-time $30 payment, no subscription, for unlimited event hubs, the live wall and unbranded pages.
